Purchased yesterday though an old BST thread, said i'd be contacted with login stuff, been over 24 hours now.

PM'd StackPaper, Acidie, used the contact form on their website AND contacted them personally through my email.

I've never been so frustrated to start using a program.

Anyone else having trouble with poor communication? I'm just wanting to use the damn thing. A simple email would suffice, or an automatic setup would do as well.
 


I went thru the same thing months ago. However, they contacted me back days later with the info.

You'll get it, but I am not sure when.
 
Show me an alternative Adhustler. I didn't take what you said lightly, but there is no competition for what they're providing.
 
I just emailed as I'm a paying client since the beta and it's currently unusable due to how slow the site and database are loading.

The email I sent was opened within a minute, but no reply yet. I'll be bailing out soon and processing a chargeback unless they get it together.

In all seriousness, i purchased because of the good reviews it recieved and took a chance. I mean it was only 57.00. They gave me a refund anyways.

I won't be doing that again (unless it's you TheHobbster, I have a man crush on you) but still looking for an alternative.

They had a good idea. That's all i'm saying.
