I haven't popped a good ole' fashion hate boner for the police state in a while, but this video definitely had me wiping potential offspring from my chest with the dirty sock of self-righteous, Libertarian angst.

Stolen credit cards eh?

As much as I hate the police state, those fuckers or someone in their network probably ripped me off at some time. If not me, some merchant on WF. So no, no sympathy here.

There was one part that really got me, she says (not literaly) - How could they do this over something so simple as a stolen credit card?

I mean, WTF, stolen credit cards are NOT something 'so simple'. When she says that, she is acting like, hell, everyone uses stolen credit cards to buy shit online, or no? It's like she doesn't understand that using stolen credit cards = very big no-no

Because all cops are low IQ plebes - only way you'll ever win with one is if you make him feel bad for you. Since they're people too. Just people who noone ever listened to in their lives. Until badge/gun.

ie. Huffity Puffity Vancouver cops who can't wait to show off their fat authority to anyone who'll listen. Friend got pulled over 3 days ago for some stop light/construction shit - cop was almost ready to jump out of his suit with authority, buddy made such a sob story about his day up that the cop let him go.

I think you missing the point.

They give a shit about cops saying they knock when they rape your door down and rip cameras off your wall for fun.

I'm sure the next time a cop rips a camera off your wall - we'll see 18 threads about that anger here.

CC fraud is CC fraud. Some fags have the scam acai/bizop MID, some are scamming them. Cops ripping cameras off walls is a no every time - its not part of "the game".

Plus - if you think about it from a mental point of view, its exactly as you say. Lady didn't think stolen CCs were ANYTHING. When people burst into your house and you know you're cooking meth - it doesn't mentally fuck you. When you're not doing shit - it probably does. Especially for elderly old ladies.

I think what the mom is saying is, a couple uniformed cops with a search warrant to seize the computer would have been just as effective.

But no, no... not in Murica #1! Need the 15 man fully armed SWAT team with battering ram, and the whole nine yards. They should be lucky they didn't get flash bangs / grenades thrown through the windows first.
 
If these people were so innocent why did they pull someone out of the house with enough drugs to charge them with distribution? Maybe she should choose her company more wisely.

I know it was fucked up what they did. 100% agreed it was an excesive use of force. No doubt. I just got the feeling those people WERE involved in CC fraud. I have no proof, and I'm not going by what the police say. I'm going by how they react, the profile of people who have scammed me, and the entire situation.

If I'm innocently accused of cooking meth, I'd say: "I didn't do it, I have no idea why they treated me that way". I would probably not say "but meth is just not that big of a deal..." - And regarding her being 'traumatized'... everyone in jail is innocent by their own claims, and everyone of them are 'traumatized'.

Also, we don't all scam people with bullshit products. I'm selling quality products with very low margin; I offer great value to my clients. One CC charge back can really fuck up the profit from a large number of sales and force me to raise prices for my good customers. Too many could even lead me to the MATCH list. CC Fraudsters threaten my livelihood. Excuse me if I don't have much sympathy for them.

100% agreed, excessive use of force.

All I'm saying is... I hate CC fraudsters. And the profile I got from them was exactly that. Not the old lady particularly, but her son and 'friends'.

I know CC fraud is not as horrible as say, child pornography... but if you see the police using excessive force on a child pornographer... I'm sure it wouldn't elicit much sympathy in you either.

I ran bizop long time ago - I know your feels. Here's an easy test;

picture the cops beating that old woman on some concrete floor vs a CB. whichever one you is less pleasant in your mind is your right choice.

Also - there was no CC fraud. Noone in the house was. Hence noone arrested - except 2 squatters on drug/parole charges. There were only cops making another mistake raid. American cops are fucking bad at raiding - I know a guy who got raided last year in Murika in his home because they had wrong address. They should do team building exercises on World of Warcraft or something.

Hey, if her son was wrongly accused, I'm sorry about that. But I don't feel this was a mistaken raid. I feel this was an unsuccessful collection of evidence. So while I'm against this type of use of force, it doesn't make me feel sympathetic towards them. I mean, I know it is cool to hate on cops, and for the most part, you will be right. Even here. All I'm saying, is that in my particular case, I don't give two shits about what happens to these people. When shitheads run into shitheads, they can fuck each other up. It might even seem unfair. But I just don't care.

BTW, did you see the video, hear how she talked and see all the details? Something doesn't add up. And when you are accustomed to dealing with scum, you get to have a very keen shit head detector.

Yeah - I agree there. She didn't make as big a deal about it as she would've if she was innocent. I think she was quiet because of the drug stuff - whoever got picked up on delivery charges. They look like a quiet methhead home, honestly - all 4 of them. Probably light CC fraud to keep their disposable income meth-oriented.
