Personally i have been smoking E-cigs for 3 months now and it helped me quit regular cigs. I have now NO interest in regular cigs anymore which i smoked for 20 years.
Started with high nicotine level mixes and now at the light level. Next logical step - give up e-cigs as well and be completely free..
