Haven't tried it yet, but why are so many people against it? Just wondering. Is there anybody else that this software does work for?
 


hahaha (how'd you guess), really I'm wondering the only few people that have responded have said, "trust me, don't use it"., without any explanation
 
I manually posted to 5 cities and re-worded the ad each time. Today, they don't come up when I search for them, or go to where they are supposed to be.
When I checked my email and went to see if I can edit or delete them, they show up there and it gives a link to the ad, but the ad doesn't come up when I search for it!

Does craigslist remove ads with html links in them and should I be cloaking the links somehow?

I have noticed there is sometimes a disconnect. Either before your ad goes up or before it's coming down (due to being flagged). But It always ends up becoming apparent after the initial lag time. I've never had CL pretend it was there and just not run it. My experience with running ads with links is that they are fine unless the community (not CL admins) doesn't like them for whatever reason then they will flag it. The most I've seen happen is one of my ads won't post anymore in a particular section. I'm thinking CL somehow banned my email, ip or username in connection with the keywords in the post. But I'm still able to post everywhere else,with different ads and keywords, so I don't consider it such a bad deal. But again, there's nothing hidden. When I do try to post this "banned" ad it just comes down in like 6 minutes (which is really too fast for manual flagging.) but I still get an email letting me know.
 
I bought Craygo and it sucks because all of my posts got flagged/deleted. I contacted them (Craygo) and they told me to wait 30 seconds between posts but it doesn't matter. Even changing titles, ad content, etc. the posts still get deleted using Craygo. That has been my experience. I suggest you spend the extra money and buy the better bot.
