Google I/O Anyone?

Anyone else as giddy about Google I/O as I am? Starts at noon EDT. That's the link to the official site, but you can also watch it on an OG Wickedfire member's Android news site(sorry don't remember your WF handle).

I mainly watch for the Android announcements (Android 5.0 anyone?), but some cool stuff like wearables and integration with auto are scheduled to be showcased.

Any big announcements from our overlords that you're looking forward to?

I am liking the new smart watch that's coming from LG, Android TV and the new design unification across all the google platforms.

This is the time to get in early on the really good ideas for smartwatch technology.. I just came up with one. "iJerk", measures your masturbation performance and pins you against others on a connected leaderboard for fastest wrist speed, longest sessions, switch-hitters, etc..

WF would dominate.

About what I expected. Nothing too exciting, though the two protesters yelling things like, "you're building robots that kill people!" were pretty entertaining.

Continuation of the Nexus line, universal android voice recognition, and failed demo of Project Ara went down today. Again, nothing particularly exciting.

EDIT: Oh yeah, Drive got a major upgrade that makes it easier to edit MS documents, which will sure as hell make my life easier.

Google is creating wonders every other day. The GPS system support for the cars will be quite helpful. The upcoming android version will be much better, faster and well designed than its successor. Increased battery life and running more apps in the background, remotely wiping data will give a tough competition to the other vendors, i.e. iOS, Windows, Blackberry.
