I don't want to use Google Apps anymore, and I want something that feels more solid than using the inbox that comes with some random shared hosting accounts. What do you use for your *mission critical* email accounts (When you're using your own domain name..)?

I've heard rackspace is good, any others I should check out?

Forwarding whatever@mydomain.com (That's my actual email, pls don't spam me) to hotmail or something?

Security is really important. I thought about having several inboxes forward to like 589023ujfjnq3f@live.com. I don't know if that would help anything. I don't know what I'm doing.

Any other possibilities?

I don't know much about this, so newbie section. Thanks wickedfire bros.

Hi,

A little unsure if you're asking...

1) what webmail client we use/recommend using?
2) what host we recommend for mail server uptime/security.

I think you're asking the second so I'm going to answer that...

I've found Roundcube to be awesome. Mine needed some tweaking to work with Mandrill but it did work eventually and I couldn't do without it.
