Can your tax avoidance theories really hold up under judicial scrutiny? If a tax attorney can lose their license over this then what you are stating is rather dubious.
After all tax attorneys advise multinational corporations how to nagivate through the constantly changing tax code and legally avoid having to pay tax. As long as it's legal, a tax attorney isn't going to lose their license over giving out tax avoidance advice.
I bet what you are really advising people to do is tax evasion, and due to your over confidence you think that the IRS will not be able to penetrate through the complex structure you cooked up.

Also you are talking nonsense. Multinational corporations hire tax attorneys specifically for the purpose of legal tax avoidance.
As a lay person it's not possible for you to understand the complex tax code and say with confidence that what you are proposing is not tax evasion. You're merely overconfident and think that you're god's gift to the world.
