You don't speak for the people of Scotland with an answer like that. On the first part you speak for your 45%, the rest probably think Scotland isn't treated much different from any other area of the UK.

On the second part you speak for about 10% of Tartan Army fanatic types and not the vast majority of Scots who have no problem with English people. I find that comment quite offensive.
