I've had several people tell me the same thing - that password reset was the reason they stopped logging in. I like the function for security, but even I find it annoying after 90 days, that's a bit developer overkill. A year - makes sense, 90 days not so much - it's not THAT serious, unless there was a recent breach. My banks don't even ask every 90 days.
The last time i was asked to reset my password I lost my original old accout. Not sure why and I2E couldn't determine the problem either. Since making my new account I haven't been prompted to reset my password. I wasn't prompted to reset the password on the old account very often either. Is there a filter of some sort that prompts the password reset?
