I want to find Excel projects which I can complete and earn money with them. I already know of upwork, freelancer and elance, want to find new websites for getting Excel projects.

Actually I have a friend who has certification in Advance Excel and VBA, however I don't want him to know of websites like Upwork. I require websites from where I can get Freelancer projects and forward him for completing them while managing the payments myself.
With election of Trump in USA, next step of the Govt will be introduction of new taxes on services, things Trump gets aware about.
Like weakening of eCommerce, launching more funding into real estate.
Maybe aliens are going to have their financial transactions coming under scanner.

Actually I am trying to get him busy with some projects of Excel and in this way some profit for me also. Around everyday he spends 2-4 hours on phone calling his mother and getting educational talks about the girl he is about to marry 15 months later.
Then after 2-3 days he starts behaving rudely in office with other workers and I think that he is getting much education on the matter of marriage which is more than 15 months later. That why I am looking for freelancer website or forum from where I can get Excel projects and we both can make more money opening ways for us to enjoy other things.
