I am still having some landing page problems, with about 1/4 of my words coming back inactive and the rest coming back OK. The site I am building them on has inbound links, original content, and is at least a few years old.
At this point, I believe it has to do simply with the history of my adwords account.

For those who started from a new account, how long and how much did you have to spend before you saw a change in how google was ranking your pages?

Also, anybody have experience with the content network aggressively improving account history and trust?

okay, I have an update. Google is coming back with QS that are "OK" (never seen good or great ) and low min bids (.10) as long as the word "software is in it". So, given the same landing page, I get this(as an example)

windows XP recovery - crappy score, $1.00 bid
windows XP recovery software - OK score, .15 bid

so, I tested out the keyword "software video games" and sent it to a backup/recovery landing page. It too got an OK QS score and a low bid.

now, my only problem with this is that not every keyword that has any click volume is going to have software in it.

In my mind, this is a site level issue, as the landing pages dont talk about software. The site, however, is about secuirty software, etc. So, anyone have any experience with trying to balance a site against other terms after google has decided they believe what you are all about?
