I didn't see any posts really here about widgetbucks. I've been using it for a month and they pay anywhere from 15 - 45 cents a click. I've made about $15 bucks so far last month and this month combined and the service has been nice. The ads also are very attractive and they give you a $25 sign up bonus. Oh and you don't need to be approved like adsense, once you sign up your account is created. anyone else using them?

yeah i've read alot of mixed reviews of people getting banned and whatnot. They have been good for me though..

Seems like a solid place, and I'm currently using them. I can't vouch for them though since I haven't reached the level at which I will get a payout.

You can't beat the pay if it works.

Nah i just decided to throw it in, but really didn't see any reviews on this site...

I also saw on a blog that MP3 players category is paying out more on widgetbucks..

If that was an attempt at the art of misdirection....

WB is a big scam, they are themselves not clear about their TOS. Read their blog, you will have a nice laugn ;)

Heard lots of reports of WB "revising" publisher profits. Sometimes up to 2 or 3 times. You earn 40 bucks at first and think to yourself "OMFG this is better than adsense" and bam, suddenly it becomes $20, and then $5.

Fishy, to say the least.

They also like to change your verified earnings. Atleast adsense gives you a bad cpc from the start lol.

From my experienced, Widgetbucks always changed their terms without any official notification to their publishers and then BAM! Publishers got booted because they has done something against their rules while they are allowed in the past.

For example, when Widgetbucks first launched they do not have rules which prevent publishers to place their ads on non-english sites. They changed this rules around October and no email or message or publish post in their own blog at all.
After a while, many publishers got banned due to following reasons and more.

I am surprised about this $10 million established company to not have even blog on their own domain. They used blogger as their company blog. They do not have even contact form or live chat support, just email. They had registered domain for one year only too. I had emailed them asked questions regarding to this and they never replied my email at all.

I did place widgetbucks as test on some spot on one of my site which earned around $30 a day from adsense with 500+ impressions and 20-30% CTR a day. The results? 0 clicks with 30 impressions a day!! I suddenly removed them off my site and never cared their $25 signed up bonus. and never looked back to them.

And now they only consider clicks and traffic from North America, I doubt they will become any bigger and better than now. A lot of publishers are ditching them, all my referals have ditched WidgetBucks the day when they announce that news.
