The company I work for is thinking about putting our product in CX Digital Media's Network (formerly incentaclick.com). Has anyone used them? How was your experience?

We have advertised some offers within their network and it has been anything, but a pleasant experience. Their traffic was by far sub par and our rep wasn't even willing to negotiate a credit. I then talked to some colleagues in the industry that know them well and found out some less than savory news. I've been told that their AM's will openly tell publishers they can incentivze offers that aren't allowed and basically will tell them to do whatever it takes to get traffic.

I'm sure they bring some value to their advertisers, but in my case there was no value and we received very unsatisfactory service and probably won't do business with them again.
 
From a publisher's point of view CX is one of the best networks out there. Great customer service and helpful reps. With affiliate marketing (as an advertiser) you cannot lose - give them a try!
