Thinking of trying Content network for a high converting ringtones related page of mine. But i don't wanna pay more than $.05 a click. Can i even get any impressions with a bid like that?

I have a few adsense sites and i get paid $10-$.25 a click when i get ringtone ads on there. If that's how much IM getting paid then those publishers are paying AT LEAST that....

It's possible. My ringtones campaigns are ONLY on content network. I pay .07 a click and get 5,000 - 7,000 a day with a 1.66% conversion. Content network is your friend.

do long tailed kw really work for CN ? I always heard that google generated a general "theme" from all kws in an ad group to select potential sites so small blue widgets and big green widgets would both give the same theme.
invisible : how much kws and adgrps to get so much clicks ? And what's your ctr ?

I started a content network campaign 2 days ago to test something, I created 1 adgrp, 1 ad, with 1 keyword. The keyword was "myspace" since you can heard everywhere ppl crying about their myspace site getting .01 adsense clicks. I bid .05 euros (~.07$) and got 0 impr in 2 days. I don't understand why..

I'm not a fan of the content network. I turn it off on about half my campaigns, actually, depending on the niche. Expect to see MUCH worse conversion rates. I have ringtone pages that convert at 12-15% from search, and around 1-2% on the content network.

1. I would def. turn it off on all my SEARCH campaigns, but when i try content network i create an entirely new campaign and turn search off (or do a very small bid)

Also, the low conversion rate is to be expected since many ppl just click out of curiosity, not because they are looking for what your offering...
