Why Does Adwords CPC Bounce Up And Down?

Everyday when I wake up my bids are up and then during the day they gradually decrease, it's like my QS is reset daily... After 1AM my CTR is a bit less but that much... So I'm not really sure what's causing this.

Anyone here that knows what this is about?

Its due to your competitors budget as you go farther into the day your competitors budgets burn out. Which means you get more clicks for less. Google has no pacing that I am aware of. Simply put you are bidding against several advertisers in the morning by afternoon many of them have already had their daily budget spent. Less advertisers the lower the cpc.

So it sounds like you could just use their built-in scheduling to set your campaigns to start later to soak up the gravy. I'll definitely give it a shot.

Yea mine does the same damn thing ctr goes up during the night then after midnight or so it goes down...

we must be hitting the same niche
