Sign up with affiliate networks, there's a ton and browse through all their offers. You can ask your AM for the offers with the highest EPC on your network (these are the offers that are doing well on your network).
If I were you I would spend some time reading through everything and getting an understanding of how this all works, especially PPC, if you don't understand the basics or how things work and just go in and start throwing money at your campaign, you're not going to get very far.
Maybe start out with smaller less competitive niches so your costs aren't as high on PPC. Maybe start with Yahoo since they're not as strict as Google in terms of QS.
Take this one step a time there's so much to learn, you're going to end up losing all your money and giving up before you were able to understand how affiliate marketing works.
