That video is crap. The guy on the video holds up a printed out excel chart as his proof. Come on - seriously?

PPV = CPM, duh.

blackhorse

PPV is contextual advertising.

I know the guy in the video (he's a real nice guy) and he is in fact making the bucks. But trust me, it aint easy and takes ALOT of testing.
He's had years of trial and failures in the business and makes it easy for him to make a grand a day. But from personal experience, you better be prepared to lose lots of money at first.

Anyhow, here is a great explanation of what PPV is and some sources of PPV traffic.

PayPerView Formula explained (View Single Post)

Hope this helps and BEST of luck to you

That guy in the video also stated in a recent email on how his campaigns got shut down and he went from $2000 a day to $0 because the CPA networks didn't like the kind of traffic they were getting or something.

I wouldn't jump into this new system too quickly since its apparent that you can easily burn through a lot of money faster than PPC. I'd wait to hear from more people first since some of these PPV networks actually require you put down some heavy cash before you can even begin to advertise with them, which is something i'm not too excited about doing.

This kind of traffic and marketing has been around for a while, nothing new. Its called spyware / malware marketing. Im not sure why these noobs are calling it ppv.

Anyways, it does work good, for some things.

I thought "pay per view" went out of style when free porn videos conversions went in the shitter after the bubble burst...
Guess I was wrong? Maybe. I dunno. It reads too much like a blatant hype campaign for me to be comfortable.

Ahh well they can hype it all they want. However, this type of marketing works and works good if you do your research. But the PayPerView and Contextual Advertising words are like us saying poop instead of shit. It's fuckin Adware people.

yeap

Pay per view has its place. If you are running certain kinds of offers. Like everybody's favorite zip submits and ring tones. It also works fairly well for arbitrage if you do it right.

I wonder how much money he made for that ad. "Pay $800 for a course your not going to use, so you can get your foot in the door" Man I hope no one falls for that.

Everyone shut off your PPC campaigns please.

ha.... i was bout to say the same thing

so... yeah all you gullible fucking sheeples out there please listen to that
douchefuck and kill your PPC campaigns and while your at it just fuckin waste
$800 bucks...

less competition for me lolololol

but seriously theres actually braindead fucks out there that will do just that.

i figure if he actually shutdown his campaigns, its cause he was never "that" successful with them anyway. I mean, why the hell would you turn off "money" just cause you found another way to make money?

so yeah, scaring the newbies aways from ppc so they can get back into ppc is probably more of the strategy, than actually doing any real "PPV" or adware themselves.

I just wanted to find out more about what it was about to see if it was something I'd spend time looking for on torrent sites or forums, haha.

Id never buy it.

You know why that guy talked about stopping PPC and promoting PPV? Many reasons:

1. Mainly he should make part of money from tool "PPV dominator" with PPCF creator via back door order after people buy PPV course.
2. he will make another commissions from those who buy PPCF course via his affiliate link.
3. Once people are in PPCF forum, he might buy his lpgen if they don't have.
4. The guy indeed didn't make good money from PPC.
5. More

He and PPCF creator both sell people tools and courses to customers, even though they don't use tools/courses by themselves.

Bottom of line, he just wants to make more money from his current customers and fresh money from new customers.
