Best Backlink Checker w/Export?

I generally use Yahoo Site Explorer for checking backlinks, which is easy to browse and they have a TSV export feature.

The only problem is that the results cut off at 1,000. So if I'm running a backlink check on a site that has 500 inbound links from a signature on one forum, that's 500 wasted results.

Anyone know of or use a better backlink checker? Preferably one with an export to CSV/TSV/XLS/Whatever feature? Could be a web application or a download, I don't care. Appreciate any recommendations.

For example, here's the last available page of results for WF's backlinks:

https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/advsearch?p=http%3A%2F%2Fwickedfire.com&b=901&bwm=i&bwmo=&bwmf=s

Like all others, it cuts the results off at 1000. If you try to change &b=901 in the URL to &b=1000 or something, it does nothing.

In order to get past the one 1K link mark, you can add a keyword to the link search. For example link:Example Web Page keyword1, link:Example Web Page keyword2, etc.

Save all the links, throw them all them together and filter the duplicates.

this might show up as a double post - or it might have hit the moderation abyss...

you should be able to get around the 1000 url limit by adding a keyword to the end of the link search. Just keep adding keywords related to the domain, save the results, filter the dupes and you should end up with a ton of backlinks.
