My AM with neverblueads was Jaeson, don't remember his last name and never really talked to him. Now that I need to speak with an AM over there, his little icon and info is all gone from my homepage, so I'm assuming he is not with them anymore? What should I do, just call the main # and ask for a new AM?

Well I wasn't because I never used them before I just started a new campaign yesterday. Who can I call for help?
the reason why all his infos are gone is because u are not converting enough to get a manager. people who have some of the top managers like scott, tina, and some other dude is because they're generating alot of conversions. i used to be with scott when i first started out, then all his pictures+infos disappeared from my homepage, mainly because i was inactive for over 2 months. then i emailed neverblues requesting a manager when i got back and working so is easier to talk with them. Then couple days later they sent me a email and got me another manager
