where have people found the most success once posting an ad on facebook; with a small budget around $25 or starting it around $100?

I make mine $1000 off the bat. It takes a day to change.

When testing a campaign I always do a test of around 200 clicks to get a rough basis of the conversion and ROI.

If it's profitable, then as high as possible. Will usually spend around 3x whatever the payout is before deciding if it's worth it.
