"Gifts" From Affiliate Networks?

Ya I've recieved a few gifts from the networks. Again really depends on network as to what the incentives are. The best ones I recieve are contonious bumps in payouts and promotions.

cpaempire sends you underarmour stuff (hats, sweatshirts, beenies, bags etc.) every month you do over 5k.

I've been sending about 99% of my traffic to azoogle and i've been trying since late feburary to get a t-shirt out of them. Its hopeless. I barely send any traffic to cpaempire and they're sending me all kinds of shit.

I promoted a bunch of food-related gift retailers last Christmas and received some gift baskets and gift cards. I didn't feel like I did *that* much, but I wasn't going to argue, especially not with the Dale & Thomas giftcard (their popcorn is amazing, and I don't need an affiliate link to feel compelled to say that).

Outside the food market, I've never gotten anything extra.

Nickycakes had a great idea in his blog......how about health insurance if you hit a certain dollar amount per month.

say word son.

I don't think that's a good idea at all haha. "Oh you switched networks cause of higher payout? FUCK YOU THERE GOES YOUR DENTAL!"

Point taken....BUT affiliate networks always want to differentiate themselves, and that would be a great way to do it. What better way to create loyalty towards a network then that though.

Loyalty Through Fear

lol

Lol I can just see the rewards page now.
$600/week - FREE DENTAL
$800/week - Health Insurance (non smokers)
Buy this company now - Paypal (Health insurance for smokers)

Heh that said, even discounting the insurance, or paying the base fee would be more than enough, and awesome

Health insurance is a great one. Let's face it, most people that work online end up being lard arses prone to heart attacks from eating way too much HFCS and getting no exercise...
That said, it'd be difficult for them to provide you with health insurance. You're not actually an employee, but a freelancer/casual. Likewise, you'd have to fill out all the required paperwork for it, and if the records I look through are anything to go through, about 30% of affiliates put in fake account details for most things other than what's required to make payments transfer successfully.

What if you got offered something that met somewhere in between? Like home multi-gym equipment or gym vouchers?
I'd take them in a snap if the place had a few locations, and the ones near my home had a pool.

XMCP: Maybe you should hook up with that guy who's running the cigar affiliation...
