NO-Explode is my favorite supp. I can't stand whey protein, tastes and smells like shit. I also like creatine infusion (liquid). I work out 5 days a week, MWF upper body, TT lower body. Play basketball for my cardio. I do a lot of heavy reps, I like to get stronger. Thats the thing that people don't understand is the only way you get stronger is doing heavier weight.
If you stay at the same weight every time you workout then your not going to get stronger. You aren't stimulating you muscles effectively at all. Change your reps work out to work out (ex. 5x5, 5x4x3x2x1, 3x3, 10x8x6x4x2, etc) You got to mix things up.
I have been working out for the past 5 years. Played football in HS and 1 season of college football.
Just curious what are yall maxes and weight/height?
