Ok, so I'm looking for some feedback on a rewards program. Aside from CASH (which I know is king), give me some other ideas what you think is cool. I'm looking for unique suggestions a little outside of the norm (like plasma TV's, iPhones and laptops.) We already got that stuff coming.

These are the rough dollar values, keep the recommends close to them and make sure its available in the US or whatever.

$250 - ?
$500 - ?
$750 - ?
$1,000 - ?
$1,650 - ?
$2,200 - ?
$3,000 - ?
$6,000 - ?
$15,000 - ?

Alright, now let's hear it!

Anyway just make sure there are options at all levels, what one person wants another may just completely hate. Also if you do gift cards which are pretty good make sure you include somewhere that sells almost everything ie buy.com, amazon

Assuming this is a reward for effort, such as from your affiliate team, keep the low figure rewards as cash and the higher figure ones as "experiential" stuff like travel, and your very high (like $30-50k and up) to vehicles. Always offer a cash alternative to the tangibles. Also, mix up the experiential stuff. Maybe six people in the entire AM business give a shit about a cruise to the Bahamas, but I'd wager half the people on this forum would get as many submits as they had to in order to fly a fighter jet.

Above all though, dispense with the party favours for the low-dollar rewards (ie. $1,000 or less.) The people working for you are going to tend to fall into two groups: a) those who are doing well enough to just go out and buy an iPod if they wanted one, and b) those who need the money to build campaigns and are just going to put the iPod on eBay if they win it.

I would never want to fly in a fighter jet. You'd actually have to pay me a shit ton of money to do that. The safari however sounds nice.

By the way, I've already been asked privately, so I'll clear this up now - no matter how much you earn, a date with my asian honey is out of the question. She's pretty much priceless.

Here's a free lookey though...feel free to print it off and paste it on your wall. (cuz I know some of will anyways - ahemmm - Jon) hahaha.

I think it would be cool to have more stuff for starting out affiliates (smaller rewards of course). Would help to get them motivated more. I thought the Redbull was a good idea. Or maybe have something where the person could receive their favorite drink or something.

What about sports related equipment? That's always fun

Hell, even recognition for doing better performance would be great. I know I would try 3 times as hard if I was in an afterparty at affiliate summit and the owner of a network came over and bought me a shot or two for running my first 50 lead day or something.

Edit: however, this wouldn't be a "wheres rob we need to buy that fucker a shot" but rather he would do it on his own. You know what I mean...

What I'm going to try and propose to the head wigs over here is a points based rewards program. For example; every dollar in commission you earn is a point and points can be redeemed at will, whenever, so you can skip stuff you don't want, bank up points, and save up for what really melts your butter etc.

Would you guys agree this format would be the kat's pajamas?
