I am new to affiliate marketing. I understand how it works. I have been reading this forum and 2-3 blogs ONLY for the last 2 months. I first started with Email/Zip Submits. Used the $100 coupon over at yahoo, after my $130 was gone, I had about $87, so made about $57. I stopped doing submits and decided to go for the landing page. So I recently put up my landing page for Ring tones. I spent $51 the other day and came out with $42. So I lost about $9. But I am having trouble with keywords, was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I use Wordtracker. Also, yahoo blocks a lot of cell phone models. Of course I don't want EXACT keywords, but maybe some sort of direction.
I know ringtones is probably not the best niche to first enter with my first LP.
Another question, I have about $1500 to work with, is that enough?
