Somewhat of a rant here..

Google is KILLING me..

$10 min bids.. this is what Google says is the reason:

"Check back occasionally. There's not enough information to provide accurate Quality Score data."

Anyway, I have nice mini site built full of unique content I had written for it, all on topic. To give you a hint I'm still working in the celeb genre.

I have the normal links, about, contact, privacy, articles, you name it..

I create relevant ad groups and ads, all around different search terms for a celeb. It's all put together pretty nice in dynamic site I built. I even add new content every couple days.

I've yet to even put any offers on the site, I just want to drive some traffic and then I'll worry about fighting google over that.

I've used the domain in the past to push some offers regarding celebs so I'm starting to wonder if google just knows the domain and instantly kills it.. I used to rock the adwords with it, but the QS on search died and eventually the CN died. I completely re-did the site, much more QS friendly and get nothing..

I'll probably grab a new domain and drop this site unless someone has any insight..

noone has any suggestions?

I've been listening to The Black Ink Project and it was said that once a URL is slapped, there's pretty much no getting it unslapped. I don't know that for a fact, or have it happen to me, but no one else is commenting. :-)

Do you think they canned the whole URL? Maybe you can move the content to a new URL and use the old one for something else?

i have been doing that for a site and i moved it 4 times already and within a week i get $10 bids. think this adwords account of mine is under review. Scared to move it to another account in MCC b/c i'm worried google may realize and ban me or something.

but its a great offer, wish i could keep it up :(

your url has bad QS history. your ctr most likely went to shit with one campaign and fucked it. i change the domain when that happens and minimum bids are fine again

Try moving the content to a different domain. If Google slaps you again, then you need to step back and see if your agenda for a quality site matches Googles.

I can't verify this 100%, but in my experience, every time I've run an AdWords campaign on a site that Google deemed to be worthless (MFA, too little content, whatever), once it gets f'd in the a, I erase the adwords campaign and move on. The first time I log in and see all my keywords QS's change to "Poor", I assume it's game over.

I've never been able to resurrect a campaign once the keyword qs goes to all poor - even ridiculous bidding hasn't helped, in my experience.
