I have $250 in free facebook advertising, I put on an ad for a scholarship targeting 18+ male, females. Linked to $10,000 Scholarship
Checked my stats, 59 clicks in under 5 minutes. 0 conversions...not to happy

You might want to narrow your target audience down just a tad. Last time I checked facebook is, you know, almost entirely male/female 18+. Put a little more thought into your demographics and give it another go.

You can't judge your campaign from only 59 clicks.With500-1000 clicks you can see a wide picture of your campaign perfomance.

Some dude on the Affliate Marketing section asked the same question and hes doing the same stuff as you. So u can move over and see what those guys say. I wrote something over there but i guess ill summarize the Scholarship Campaigns a bit. These campaigns been around for a long time and alot of people tried running them. its not really something that everyones willing to give out their informations for. And most likely these guys wont believe that their gonna get this $10k free scholarships without doing anything. Maybe you should move onto another campaign:xomunch: Try signing up with Neverblues if u need more ideal campaigns, with my link though!:D

18+ is not really a great target market. You want people IN college or just starting college, not done with college, so maybe 18-22 or 17-23

Honestly it could have nothing to do with the traffic or demographic. Could have everything to do with the offer. See if your AM knows who's running it from what traffic source and what kind of conversion numbers they're seeing. My guess is the offer doesn't convert that well as this is typically the problem with scholarship offers.
