I apologize for the delay of my response. Anyways, when the accounts are being created, does the "Successful" field increment by 1 each time?

Yes. As I said, the accounts are being written out (email addresses, used from email list), but not the passwords.

I mean, I could manually request each password or a reset, but that really takes the shine off of automation.

I've finised the debugger. The next time you run the Hi5 Account Creator, you wille be asked to update your software. Just click "OK" to update your software. To generate a debug report, please follow these steps:

1. Run the Hi5 Account Creator, and click the “About” button to make sure that you’re running v1.2.0.0.
2. If you are, then set the program to create accounts normally, but set it up to create only one account.
3. Then create the account normally.
4. If the program stalls at any point for more than two minutes, press “Stop”, otherwise continue to the next step.
5. A new file named “Debug.txt” has been created in the program’s installed directory (by default: C:\Program Files\StartHere Software\Hi5 Account Creator\).
6. Attach that file to a new post in the “Report Bugs” section of our support forum (Report Bugs - StartHere Software Support).

That's it. We'll examine the debug report to find out what the problem may be.
