Any WF members want to plan a snowboarding trip/WF Meetup this Winter? Someplace like CO or ID would be pretty cool to hit around December.

Anyone have any interest or location suggestions?
 


I might be interested depending on location and date.

I went to Jackson Hole last winter - conditions were perfect, it was awesome!
 
I'll do it depending on the location, I don't snowboard though. Ski FTW! haha.

I'm a big guy, so skiing may be my only option too if I can't find the right board to buy pretty soon!

What's the consensus on good locations? Someplace that we can fly into (Denver/Vail/Avon) and someplace that has decent hotels on the mountain. I'm stuck in prarie-ville so I'm pretty green to the good locations nationwide (or Canada for that matter)

I'd rather go to utah but CO would be nice.

i live in CO so i'd be down... i'd have to ski though ... the one time i went boarding i got my ass handed to me.

Let me say this: If all you guys wanted to come and videotape me snowboarding and stick it online, you'd have a million dollar per day website. I'm not joking, I'm that bad you'd make $1MM each fucking day from people who become addicted to laughter.

Doesn't mean I don't enjoy snowboarding, I just need a lot more practice than the flatland allows for.
 
I'm definitely down. I was planning to go there anyway so this works out great.

I haven't been to CO but I've skiied in Utah and the snow is amazing.

No, thats what I was thinking about. We setup the site with all the videos and have john chow and shoemoney come so, they blog about it and link to the site ;-) hahaha.

It's probably a little too early to get a time frame but probably Feb-Mar depending on where we go. I know when I got to tuckermans ravine on Mount Washington I go around mothers day (tuckerman.org).

Utah would probably be the best place to go with Colorado being my second choice.
 
Let me know where. I'll be in the lodge with a fake cast on my leg and a Wanaka heliski shirt on...sipping Crown Royal and lying to the snow bunnies :rasta:
