How to take advantage of the recent Economic Crisis?

How many of you have actually thought of starting a program to have an army of Fleshlight sales people throw Fleshlight parties? They could be like Tupperware parties for horny men, with other sex toys and maybe a stripper. Aroused males love to part with cash; you would clean up.
i really don't think male fleshlight parties would be a good idea. If i want to purchase a fleshlight (and who doesn't) it isn't when I'm hanging out with my buddies.

Yeah, and we can all fuck our fleshlights together that'd be so tight.

If anyone doesn't have one, i have a few i can lend out.

hey fleshlight dudes: think INSIDE the box.

economic disaster causes hard-ons to fail.

women worldwide will need dildos, lots and lots of dildos ... and tankers full of lube.

Think hard during recession times, yo.

That's what she said!!!

Coupons, debt settlement, cash for gold, EDU (enrollment in school goes up in a bad job market) should be popular.

I think diet, beauty etc products will get hit hard as thats more of a luxury item that will get cut out of people's budgets. The $90 beauty cream is usually made of the same ingredients as a cheaper brand. This will have long term implications as alot of people will switch to the cheaper brands, realize the results are roughly the same and never go back. Obviously the super high end stuff with crystals and diamonds will always be a selling point to the super rich. If you market the cheaper stuff maybe that should be the angle, works just as well as Shiseido at a fraction of the cost! Blah blah blah.

People will stop buying $200 dollar jeans and $100 t-shirts now that times are a little tougher. The bulk of the buyers for these items we making 100-300k a year, they will start cutting these luxuries out pretty soon.

You forgot to mention anything about foreclosures, difficulty in getting car loans, high gas prices, high food costs etc. etc.

As marketers this is actually a pretty good time to get attention as people are actively looking for solutions. Maybe the return per user will go down but the additional volume should cover that.

i think <insert niche> will work well. now everyone jump on it cuz it's workin' really well for me and i want to share my profits with you!

While the economy is going in the sh*tter we might as well profit. Credit Repair, Payday loans, and Biz Opps are all doing pretty well for me.

Although I haven't seen a slow down in Dating or Dieting i.e. Acai berry.

I guess people still need to get laid and in some cases people need to lose weight to accomplish that.

Either way theres pretty much an offer out there for every economy and human emotion.

Great post.

Sadly, I think coupon schemes are going to get REALLY big.
Anything that lets people save a few cents here and there, etc.
Hotdockets dotcomdotau is reporting a huge upswing in the use of their dockets, as well as their website (then agian, these guys have a virtual monopoly on supplying rolls to supermarket registers here)... I gotta say, I use their KFC free upsize vouchers a hell of a lot.

Credit "repair" offers will probably get you somewhere too. Every idiot is going to think that getting their credit done up is the key to being able to access a loan again (even though it most certainly isn't in this case).

Also, Work Overseas schemes might do nicely.
According to people I talk to at Affiliates4U (a Brit-centric AM site), there's a BIG push to send people here on "working holidays", due to tax exemptions... Even though our currency kind of sucks against the sterling at the moment.

Running a free credit report offer/credit monitoring will get a lot of response from consumers.

They'll need to check their credit score because of the difficulties in getting loans these days, even for people with decent credit.

Another smart thing to do would be to choose the credit offers with the longest free trial periods and lowest monthly costs to the consumer as well.

I've been running GoFreeCredit, which has great conversions and I've seen it grow over the past week or so.

I also recommend dating offers, people want to still date during a financial crisis, right?
