Not really, if someone wants to know who you are bad enough there's a pretty high chance they can find out, especially if it's a legal team ready to throw wads of cash at a "problem."

If you're talking about your basic autoblog situation and whether or not people can do anything for ripping your content...half will do nothing and the other half will be happy you're linking back (if you are).

Hard to say man, but if you're not doing anything illegal you really shouldn't worry about it.

Offshore hosting in country where they just don't give a fuck. Domain registration thru them. You are pretty much set. Most of the good offshore hostings don't give a flying fuck about C&D and lawsuits if the thing you did didn't happen on their soil.
