91 cents a liter which equals $3.42/gallon...factor in the exchange rate that's about $2.70 USD/gallon...we really get gouged up here. It's funny how Canada is the biggest oil exporter to the US yet we pay anywhere from 10-50% more at the pump.

we are paying $3.50 per gallon here in manila, those big oil companies are milking money from 3rd world countries

So get this. When was gas the highest? Last Spring? Beginning of summer? I can't remember. Anyway, at that time, my husband announces that this is all just a "Gas Bubble" and that within the year it would go down to 1.75 a gallon. Imagine, this is when it was at 4.00 a gallon. We all thought he was nuts.

Sometimes I forget he's an actuary. And a day trader before that. Predicting financial stuff is in his blood.

The cheap gas prices are because the election is up soon.

George Bush is in the oil business. The prices are low because he wants republicans in the white house again. Once the election is over you will be paying $5 a gallon again.

Enjoy it while you can.

I've been vacationing in mexico for the past two years. The gas here is nationalized so its around 2 bucks a gallon too.

In Poland we have litters. I think there are 5 litters in a gallon. We pay about $1 per litter... I take a bus.

$2.49 / gallon in PA. The night before the election. That means probably $4.00 / gallon next week.

The markets will use any excuse to jack it a mile high. Like preemptively raising the barrel price $30 because a hurricane might come near some oilfields. Maybe.

Gas is sitting at $2.25 in coastal GA. I think Sams has it around $2.19.
