Domains with trademark terms

I want to know if I register domains such as

www,casiowatches,com and
www,casiopathfinder,com (pathfinder is a casio model)

could I get into trouble for building a site around these domains ?

(I know both these domains are taken but I'm just asking as an example)
 


Carefull. I had recently got a C&D from Rolex for a good name that I was going to do a BANS store with. I complied and did what they said and they even offered to pay the reg fee. So what I'm saying is, If you get caught just do what they say AFTER you find it who it really is, Giving you the C&D.

How different do you think that this domain is from the first two domains? It's always risky to have a term of a trademark company in your domain name if you are going to build the site on the same topic of the company, to earn money by promoting their products.
