Hey everyone, I just recently finished a new design for the company am working with, i am still learning webdesign and I would love to get some feedback from fellow web designers

If its an info page for the mortgage co. it looks ok, but if they are trying to get leads with this page it needs a prominent call to action above the fold - click here to for the enquiry form - which is now right at the bottom of the page.

I complete;ly agree. You need to make it as obvious/easy as possible for users to get to that enquiry form...

Definitely. Call to action above the fold. Other than that, it looks sleek and professional. Well done.

Other than raising the call to action up, I'd say tighten up the text in the center column. The text size of your subheads is making them display on two lines, which is just adding a lot of awkward white space. I'd also tighten the letter spacing of your main header in that column.
