This is my first time promoting campaigns exclusively for the content network . I'm using prosper202 but, I'm using sub-id tracking on search. Merchant won't allow pixel and I don't have SSL (which is required by prosper if merchant has pixel on SSL page).

I'm also removing referers before sending traffic to merchants.

Is it possible to track which website the conversion came from? So that it could be possible to use site-placement or remove sites that are not converting?

Thanks

easy, use Analyze -> Referers ;)

What if you are removing refers? Example: I'm redirecting from my landing page to another domain which has a redirect to the merchant.

Wouldn't that remove the referers?

Turn on cloaking for your aff. campaign.
if you using adwords turn off cloaking when generating dest. URLs links to avoid QS slap. Anyway merchant won't see your referers because you cloak outgoing links from your lp.

Example:
Traffic source -> LP with pr202 js code, cloacking off, recording referers info -> outgoing link, cloaking on, no referers info recorded -> merchant site.

The new ppc coach tracker can handle this. It doesn't use pixels, has automatic adwords cost updates nightly via their api system, (hands off for you), rotates landing pages, rotates offers and a long list of other features that no other tracking system has.

:)

Beejeebers - Is all that available directly after sign up, or are you required to progress through a few months to access that?

ok, I think I understand what you're saying, this is how I have it setup now but, I'm not cloaking I'm using a meta-refresh, so if I leave it setup how it is now, then I'll still be able to see the referers in my pr202 stats?

Thanks
