All affiliate managers are sleeping so I'm gonna ask here :)

I'm currently doing some project shit and I need to know that which CPA networks allow you to take offer's landing page and put it in your own URL. So basically if somebody submits for free trial or some shit, they will fill the form in my page and then form will send the stuff to advertisers.

I have seen this done many many times so I know for a fact that at least some networks are allowing it.

P.S. How many was little scared to open the thread because of boob icon and my last poll I did? :xmas-smiley-016:

Is there even such a thing as a white label email submit? If there were, I would be SUPER interested. If anyone has this PM me.
 
Some offers and networks allow variables to be pre-populatated which is by far the easiest way of accomplishing this. The other route would be to get a white label. Usually you'll either need to be on damn good terms with a network or at least do some decent volume with them before they'll consider anything like this. In my experience, the advertiser has always needed to approve the page as well.
