When you redirect the devs to a different page, what should that page be? Should it be the offer's homepage with no affiliate code? A wikipedia page? What works best for you?

Lets say your promoting a UK only offer that you think is ok to promote on facebook, you would direct them to that offers landing page (The same one your targeted users will land on) but instead don't use your affiliate link, direct them via the actual page.
This is because your affiliate link will most likely send them to a default country offer not related to what your promoting.
Don't link to some odd ball landing page.
Take a dating offer for example if I had an ad targeted to a dating offer I wouldn't send the ad team to a landing page for pillows, the ad would get denied because the landing page is not targeted to the ad and what your promoting in the ad.
Its common sense to realize that if your ad is about dating and you send them to a supermarket stores landing page your not going to get approved.
Simply put send them to the actual landing page just without your affiliate link.
