Hey,

I understand the extreme importance of tracking every possible metric out there. I'm just not exactly sure how specific Adwords clicks to conversions are tracked though. My site is running Drupal. Drupal has some low-level statistics built in, plus I'm using Google Analytics, and tracked affiliate hop links around the site. The tracked links on my site tell me which page/banner the user came from, but how would I know how the user got there (adwords click, organic, another site page, etc)? Before I start writing sloppy PHP-hacks, what is the common solution here?

(hope I explained that right..)

Thanks

Got that much time to waste loser...?

Yes as a matter-of-fucking fact he does, because unlike you he knows how to use the search bar before asking stupid questions.

You see, BigWilly's campaigns are mostly on... dare i say it "auto pilot" so he has all the time in the world to dickroll dumb mutha fuckas like yo'self, kapeesh!

Ask your affiliate manager to place a google conversion tracking pixel (you can get the code from your acct under "campaign management".

Also - check out p202

Are you fucking serious?

Would it not make more sense to spend a few seconds searching adwords help rather than coming here and taking the time to write that out?

I'm so glad the majority of my competitors are like you.

Yes I spend quite some time looking at Adwords and searching Google. Nothing Adwords offers seems to handle offsite conversions. What they offer seems to be if a user completes a certain action (form, etc) on your site. I don't think Clickbank offers anything pixel-related, and all solutions I found off Google seem to only relate when sending the user directly to the product page. Using Clickbank now instead of an actual affiliate network because their are a few offers I think will be effective.

It's great if the order completion page is on your own website. Being that the object is to send visitors to the products homepage, how does that help? I can't place a tracking code on their website..
