You did not get my point well. I want a software that I can create 1 image, and it can create from it multiple images with different dimensions, software that has many decent ad templates, software that creates images with Google size limits, software that is capable of creating gif, flash, etc ads fast & in simple way, etc....
Thanks for insightful reply!
I have searched around for a tool like this too, with little luck. I'm considering to get a coder to write it up for me instead. Seems odd that such an app would be hard to find in this day and age.

^-this is never true.If a coder could just simply do it, the software would have already been created in order to rake in the revenue potential.

Of course.Are you serious?
Let me get this straight, you want to give it 1 image, then you want it to automatically create ads of various dimensions and sizes from that 1 image... automatically, as well as doing the same in both flash and gif.

I will point out this is essentially the myspace ad creation system, but with a few loops to create multiple ads.Of course.
Speaking for myself, such an app would be totally feasible - but not exactly just from starting from one image as described above. For all I care, it could be a command-line tool, or a simple UI batch creator.
Needed/wanted/possible features:
- Auto creation of all the most common ad block units (wide banners, blocks, skyscrapers, etc.)
- Specify a base image to be contained within all the images. You could specify alignment, stretch to fit, percentage of width to ad unit, etc.
- Specify a folder of multiple base images to mass-generate targeted banners (e.g. artist-specific or model-specific banners)
- Specify a background color / image if wanted
- Specify a heading, of course adjusted in size to fit each ad units (I have seen some shitty ad creator tools that simply crop a line of text off to the sides, lol). Shouldn't be hard to detect width of banner and adjust / line break text and headlines accordingly.
- Specify ad text, also auto-adjusted to size. Options for centering, alignment, blah blah..
- Options for auto-compress to fit given size requirements. For example, for Adwords - image ads must be smaller than 50 KB in size.
- Preview screen to see if all the formats look right before batch creation.
- Output to gif/jpg/png, etc.
