I ordered from you 12/5 and many directories were PR2. So you offered to resubmit. You did, and I looked at a few of the resubmitted site's PR. Most were PR1, not even PR2. You then offered me an excuse today, listed below.
Seems to me that you had a list of directories that were PR3 at one time, but they're no longer ranked that high. This pretty much sums it up:
