Dreamweaver CS4 - no html colour picker?

I just started using CS4 and there's no fucking colour picker for html. Instead you have to use the css one. So every time I wanna use a new colour for a little word or phrase I've got to create a new class in CSS. What the flying fuck are they thinking?
 


Where are you expecting the color picker to appear?

If I type:
HTML: 
<p style="color:
... the color picker appears.

If you are expecting it to appear outside of a "style" attribute, that's technically not standards/valid so they might have just made CS4 more nazi-ish.

Who cares if it isn't valid, I'm trying to convert traffic and make money, not meet some bullshit W3C standards. And this thread isn't really about anything, more of a rant. :updown:

See, you don't have to create a class.

Btw, in DW... once you type the word "color:" it will give you a color picker.
 
Well that would explain why your up-to-date programs don't support your old shitty standards... you clearly asked "What the flying fuck were they thinking?!" and you got some answers. Now get on your knees.

Ah ok thanks, got it now. It's still longer than what I would normally do. I might just use the older Dreamweaver.
