Ban safe EPN method

Since Ebay took it's affiliate program in-house they have become some sort of nazis banning everybody.

So what's the safest way to promote EPN nowadays? PPC is out since you can't use ebay in the ad and you must direct link so no keyword tracking for you.

Has somebody here put up those EPN stores (phpbay?) and passed manual verification? Many times people seem to get their account banned after they get manual reviewed.

I haven't been manually reviewed that I know of but I've been making more and more each month from my phpbay stores and no problems yet. I'll just keep building until my empire collapses. But I don't see why it would, really. It's a mutually beneficial thing.

Yeah, too bad EPN doesn't see it like that. They are really money greed bitches.. funny thing happened to me. I had one account where I was doing nice profit every day with EPN & PPC. This was some old campaign for very specific niche. Well anyway when I got manually reviewed they noticed I used phrase "have you checked Ebay" in my ad and guess what, got banned and commissions wasn't paid because "I broke TOS". Of course I offered to fix this and even traffic was very good quality, it didn't matter.

Maybe I'll try PHPBay route.

Really, phpbay and SEO is the only legit route with ebay.

Well what I meant was that they are doing it very stupid and shortsighted way.

Saying that you can't do PPC ad with Ebay in it because of trademark. You also can't track your keyword performance with Prosper for example because you can't redirect your traffic.
