I have to say I'm a little perplexed as to why my sales thread has provoked such a hostile reaction. I read the thread rules before posting and from what I can tell the post is within the written rules of the forum. However, if there are "unwritten rules" which I have broken please let me know.

I tried to provide as much information as possible in my original post so prospective buyers would know exactly what they would be getting, however if I've somehow included offensive content I'd appreciate some constructive feedback so I can edit the original post accordingly. Thanks.

PLR

Do not write anything which reeks of DP & eBook peddling (all that [YES] [NO] - my God).

Do not sell anything too cheap here, cheap = bad 99% of the time.

Read the other sales threads here to know the "unwritten rules"

If you can write articles, why don't you offer to write articles?
 
Indianman - Thanks very much for your constructive reply. I can understand that members of WickedFire would want to differentiate their forum from DP. I am not a member of DP, but have visited the forum and have seen the incredibly chaotic sales threads that are the norm there.

I can and do write articles. In fact this article pack was originally written for a niche blogger who is a regular client of mine. However, he is currently having cash flow problems and my services aren't cheap, so he unfortunately backed out on the order. As a result I decided to package the articles together and sell them. Though I have packaged them as PLR as I stated above the quality of the content is much higher than you will find in most PLR packs. This was my first time selling articles in this format, so I used examples I'd seen in other IM forums to clearly define the usage rights - hence the [YES], [NO]. Live and learn I guess.

As far as selling them too cheaply, I figured that selling 40 packs at $7 a piece was a fair price. All packs sold =$280 for 5,100 words or more than 5 cents a word. I deemed that amount to be worth the time spent writing.
