I am another beginner to this PPC business.
I am trying to read a lot, but haven't started testing yet.
I understand it's about working instead of reading.
I know many answers are already posted.. but sometimes we just can't find them right now and are tempted to post new (repeated) questions here.
I write this to pardon me for doing this.

Please, what would you advice to someone who has very low (nearly nothing) budget that want to learn this PPC skill.
I liked today Itchi's post about doing very good research of competition and to copy what works for them.
I am asking you for advice, if you could be so helpful, what niche(s) would you recommend to someone with a low budget to start with.

Thank you

Right now, sugar cookies are selling like fire hot. You better jump on that shit before it gets too saturated though, or you will be hating yourself for it.

mesothelioma lead collection is real cheap to get into. your ppc ads for that are only competing against law firms that run billion dollar class action lawsuits. piece of cake

This is the only guy keepin' it real for you. Sugar Cookies still convert well, and the barrier to entry (ie cost, competition etc, is still pretty low). One word of advice though - only Ads4Dough runs it (that's how they got started - hence their name), and you have to get approval from Smaxor to run it.

I think you need to do some research into stuff, and perhaps start off in the same way I have. Try to get ranked organically by any means necessary, and then all your leads will be pure profit. I think without a decent budget and money to burn, you will just chicken out of PPC.
Don't bother asking any questions about hot niches etc, its a waste of time. Thats the whole point of Affiliate marketing, its down to you to find that shit out yourself.
Don't give up though, its possible to get started if you have the determination. My own motivation is the thought of the only alternative:
A lifetime of being of being exploited in a soul destroying day job, and dying a disappointed bitter hate filled pauper.

2 tips

1) Stay in the newbie forum and you'll get real advice and no dickrolls

2) Since your new and have a low budget, start with cpa polls using email submits. The clicks are cheap and it'll give you some practice. Once you get that down, move onto something else.

Promote offers with low payouts you will need less money to figure out something is profitable or not. If you spend $15 promoting a $1.5 submit with no conversions you know something is up. If you are promoting a $35 cpa you would have to spend $350 with no conversions to have data of the same relevancy. If you do not understand what I mean by this you are to stupid to do PPC affiliate marketing.

oh c'mon do the research use a us proxy check people landing pages whatever it takes don't expect us to feed you...

Since when did you become the fuckin newbie police? Just two weeks ago you were an affiliate in diapers asking even dumber questions than this guy. Idiot...
