Acai: Unacceptable Business Practices??

I was trying to launch a new acai site with a new Adwords campaign this morning, and I got a notation the new Adwords interface that said:

Acai: Unacceptable Business Practices

• Google policy does not permit the advertisement of websites that contain unacceptable business practices.

Recommended actions:

• Please delete or edit this word.
• You can also request an exception.

Any insight on this from anyone?

Using Acai throughout the site and even in the URL will fly - just not in the header or description lines of the adwords ad copy
