Azoogle Banned Me and Can't Login?

Hey Guys,

Ya ya, I don't have many posts but I have been doing this for many years.

I got affiliate accounts all over the place never with ANY issues at all. I just tried to login to my Azoogle account today and I get the message I am banned or denied? WTF....

I have never liked Azoogle so I only use them when I cant find an offer elsewhere but WTF they got at least a few grand of my money.

I have never done anything blackhat. Only traffic that ever went to them is Facebook traffic to a email submit for a game and some flog/review site traffic to a CPA health product. Only sent a few leads from the flog before moving to the review site which converted better.

Granted Azoogle has NEVER answered my emails that is why I sent my major traffic elsewhere, but I am still out a couple grand now and with no reason WHY I was banned and no way to contact them.

Seems fishy and they never reply when I have emailed in the past. Considering I split this traffic with another network that paid me fine this seems even more fishy.

Who has someones contact info that can actually deal with this?

I believe Azoogle banned the use of flogs a little over a month ago. I never got an email officially stating that they were ... but my AM told me they didn't want anyone using them. That could be why ... ??

On their homepage the support number is: 1-866-891-0300

Here is another number: 212-308-8509 (For AM directory, i think)

Hope the phone #'s help bro.
 
Keep us posted on the out come, just use the alternatives to azoogle, dont care about azoogle's bans, revolt against them and show them who you are.
 
That's how they are, and they really suck. They'll ban you without telling you, leaving you unable to log in, then won't reply when you ask why. You can continue running their ads without a clue, but won't get paid for the conversions. They banned me over an offer that I tested on my site (before running a big honking banner) that was paying less than a dollar.

Ignore the recent Azoogle love thread. Finding a different network and avoiding Azoogle is good advice.
 
The sad part is that almost every single network have some sort of horror history like this one. It is hard sometimes for someone watching from the outside to know who is at fault.

Your policy of banning affiliates without explanation, and locking them out of their accounts as standard operating procedure is piss-poor. Just saying.

Nope, very minor Facebook traffic which was fine quality and some Adwords traffic that is it. I wasnt even doing any real volume. Super small, I was really just testing 2 offers between Azoogle and another network before I decided if I wanted to scale or not.

So far Joe and Sam have contacted me, so hopefully this gets resolved.
 
Update to this situation.

I talked to Sam at Azoogle.

My account was auto banned as they claim all of my traffic is coming from the same browser type with extensions, add ons etc. No idea how they think this as this is simply Facebook Ad traffic, going through Prosper202 to the offer. This is traffic from the Philippines and the offer accepts this traffic fine.

I sent all of my Prosper202 logs to prove these are legit IPs, time of day of the click, page the click came from etc, yet still they will not re-activate my account or pay for these leads, but will pay for my other leads that were in the account. Again we are talking small money, but it is the point.

These leads are a smaller portion of the money that is owed to me, but still complete Bullshit. The leads are legit. I have no idea why their tracking shows this. I sent 50% of my leads to another network and they have no problem with the leads.

How the fuck else do I prove this is legit? What a waste of time anyways for such a small money, but now I am just pissed off this happened to me or could happen to anybody else.

I know Azoogle people are reading this thread. Maybe you guys want to post here. I got nothing to hide, what a joke
 
I would never run traffic with Azoogle if this is how they treat their affiliates. Their AMs can't even reply to a critical issue in a timely manner.

Azoogle sucks. Everyone should boycott Azoogle.

I'm suspended from Azoogle for the exact same reason using the exact same source of traffic, Facebook ads. They tried to tell me the same thing as well, that I self generated leads. Now those of you that know me know I am the laziest person alive most of the time..and that is not something I would do for any amount of money.
