Azoogle Banned Me and Can't Login?

Azoogle stopped answering my emails, so I stopped working with Azoogle.

They never reply any of my mails since the day I signed up, no affiliate managers, no aim contact, never answer my phone calls, no nothing, and this was 2 years ago. What a joke, fuck AzogleAds. I mean seriously, there are a ton of good affiliate networks out there I don't see ANY reason at all to work with azo0gle.
 
Don't work with them and never would after this thread. Haven't heard one positive thing about them.

I'm back in the office on Monday, I'll take care of it. If there is a legitimate explanation for the traffic then you'll be let back in.

For education of others, the reason why we have to terminate accounts for suspected fraudulent activity is to ensure that the rest of you get paid. When you read a thread here about pubs complaining that they didn't get paid from network X or network Y, it's because that network isn't paying attention to quality and is letting fraudulent traffic slide in under the radar. This strategy almost NEVER works. When the advertiser catches on, they simply turn off the entire offer and don't pay the network altogether. We've been extremely careful at monitoring traffic patterns and ensuring that our advertisers don't get "blends" of garbage traffic along with good traffic and our advertisers have consistently told us that our traffic quality is best...

To the OP, I apologize if your account was banned unnecessarily and will take care of this personally, but this is done for the benefit of the balance of our 40,000+ publishers and being slammed for it here is a price that we're willing to pay to maintain our integrity.

Update to this situation.

I talked to Sam at Azoogle.

My account was auto banned as they claim all of my traffic is coming from the same browser type with extensions, add ons etc. No idea how they think this as this is simply Facebook Ad traffic, going through Prosper202 to the offer. This is traffic from the Philippines and the offer accepts this traffic fine.

I sent all of my Prosper202 logs to prove these are legit IPs, time of day of the click, page the click came from etc, yet still they will not re-activate my account or pay for these leads, but will pay for my other leads that were in the account. Again we are talking small money, but it is the point.

These leads are a smaller portion of the money that is owed to me, but still complete Bullshit. The leads are legit. I have no idea why their tracking shows this. I sent 50% of my leads to another network and they have no problem with the leads.

How the fuck else do I prove this is legit? What a waste of time anyways for such a small money, but now I am just pissed off this happened to me or could happen to anybody else.

I know Azoogle people are reading this thread. Maybe you guys want to post here. I got nothing to hide, what a joke
 
I love how it's "we care so much about our quality" when it's auto-bans.

One would think that if someone cared about their quality, they would investigate the quality of the leads, instead of arbitrarily banning quality affiliates due to some sketchy lead profile (as defined by who?).

The real kicker is, the time (and money) they save investigating leads, is not put back into responding to legit affiliates who are banned. So basically, it's F U and send the traffic we think we want, or GTFO and we don't care about you.

You really can't win this argument because nobody likes the auto-bans. How would you like it if you were auto-banned from Wicked Fire, and couldn't respond to these complaints?
 
don't worry OP azoogle is really sketchy and I haven't ran traffic with them ever since i split test with another network and got 2-3x the leads i did when running at azoogle. Trying to bust my ass to make an offer profitable when im getting my ass scrubbed off. fuck azoogle. shady mother fuckers.

Perhaps if you are concerned about integrity you'd contact the people you are banning, talk to them, and figure out wtf is going on rather than waiting until they post on boards like this.
 
Just so you guys know. Nobody has taken care of this at Azoogle, nor has anybody contacted me since Sam told me they wouldn't re-activate my account.

Not to defend Azoogle.. but Alex said he would look at it today. Assuming he works in the NY office, it's only 8:50am. If not he probably doesn't get in for another 2 hours.

Your right actually that isnt fair. I didnt realize it was the weekend.

Alex did just email me telling me he would look into it. So we shall see.
 
Problem was resolved. Someone had an itchy trigger finger and pulled the trigger too fast. Apologies made, and the account has been reinstated. We're all human, mistakes happen.
