Azoogle Banned Me and Can't Login?

Problem was resolved. Someone had an itchy trigger finger and pulled the trigger too fast. Apologies made, and the account has been reinstated. We're all human, mistakes happen.

Yup, account has been re-activated. Good to hear. I guess things do work out sometimes.

Thanks for the help everyone.

That's nice. I was auto-banned months ago, and can't get them to stop spamming my email with their offers. I just got another one seconds ago:

Regarding your Azoogle publisher account xxxxx
If you can’t compete in the Teeth, RezV, or Acai markets- take a look at the following two campaigns. They are both great landing pages from quality advertisers and have very competitive payouts. Here is a chance to jump in before the crowd.

They also were sending me invites to the Playboy mansion party. Had I attended that one as a banned affiliate with an invitation, would it make me a party crasher?

I had a very pleasant and informative IM chat with Jon Olson from Azoogle, and my account was officially reinstated. When I told him why I was auto-banned, he agreed it was absurd. He told me that the auto-ban policy is not-quite-auto, and more effort will go into affiliate communication and outreach when complaince issues come up in the future.

I told Jon I'd have a look at the offers and try one out for split-testing, so to be fair I'm taking a neutral stand toward Azoogle.

Jon is one of our best guys and will take good care of you. As I mentioned before, we sometimes have an itchy trigger finger, but that is the case to protect publishers. Sometimes, that means that a few get rubbed the wrong way, and we'll do our best to avoid this, but this is a process in which humans and interpretation is involved, so mistakes happen.

Welcome back.

I have a question:
You automatically banned a publisher, and then your support staff (Sam?) states that the account will not be reinstated. Then a higher up person has to take their time to investigate and deem that it would be reinstated. What if a publisher did not have the connections of using this forum and such to get in contact with a higher up? More than likely they would have taken Sam's response and just dealt with the fact that they lost thousands. What will you do now, from this experience, to better the process for banned accounts at Azoogle?

I've run Azoogle for the past 2 years and promoted everything you can think of with them, I've never had a problem with payments or getting banned for anything. I have to say, they are actually my network of choice. My rep Phillip is da Man!

well its obvious they only re-instated the guys account because of the heat they got here. I wouldn't doubt if the OP had his account banned again down the road or maybe even before payday.

If you think Azoogle is going to ban him to save themselves a few hundred or thousand come time to pay him, think again. The amount of affiliates they pay 6 figures a day to would make your head spin.

You all act like these networks purposefully try to fuck over affiliates every chance they get, it is obvious it wasn't the case here.

@erifdeckciw Not True. I was auto-banned when I started with Azoogle. In my case, my AM contacted me immediately. The reason given to me was that there were multiple leads generating from the same IP. When I explained that this was because I was promoting mulitple offers on the same LP, my account was quickly reinstated (within couple of hours). Since then I haven't had any complaints and they have been extremely good to me.

However, I do agree that the policy of auto-banning is extreme. If there is suspicion of scam, they should just hold the payment until the matter is resolved. Auto-banning results in all your links going dead and you cannot log into the account.

Glad you guys got it sorted. My AM has never once responded to an email or phone call, thus, I never put one lead through Azoogle.

I find it weird that your AM has never responded to your phone calls or emails? Are you leaving a VM when you call? Mine gets back to me right away and I am pretty new, not delivering that much traffic yet.
