I don't even get it. You mean people buy in to fake blogs? You mean there's money to be made here? Wait, you mean people make money on the internet? Nah. Its just all scams from nigeria.
 
He has that IP detecting shit that makes it say that the flogger is from the same town/city as the reader, so thats why he wanted to meet-up.
