It's high enough that I edited my hosts file to make sure I never got dickrolled again.

The someone PHP masked the URL and I got dickrolled. That was approximately 10 seconds ago.

If you post a dickroll in IRC, you will see the CTR in real time. Just get a count of the users in the channel before the dickroll and compare it against the number of people that immediately get disconnected when they yank the power cord

Well, no masking is needed. One just have to download the Flash SWF and HTML, and put it online on another domain.
