Actually, anything containing fewer than 100,000 scovilles worth of capsaicin in it will have a number of health benefits.
Helps clear the sinuses, increases pain tolerance, etc.
That said, I can't imagine it helping extend life or boost immune system reactions... certainly haven't ever read any studies to that effect.
